If you are not satisfied with your Wine Gift Boutique purchase, please call (954) 990-0091, you must contact us also via email at info@winegiftboutique.com BEFORE returning any items.

If your item is damaged in any way you may return the item within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product for a replacement.

Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers.
